( 1. ) The Writ Petition is filed mainly with the following prayer:
"1.) That writ in the nature of mandamus may kindly be issued and the respondent department may be directed to regularize the services of the petitioner from the date when he completed 8 years of contract service pursuant to Annexure P-1."
( 2. ) It is seen that the petitioner has submitted Annexure P-2, representation before the second respondent. Therefore, there will be direction to the said respondent to consider the same and take appropriate action thereon within a period of one month from the date of production of the copy of this judgment.
