(1.) By means of this petition the petitioner raises challenge to the order dated 16.4.2010 whereby an application moved by the plaintiff under Order 7 Rule 14(3) seeking permission to produce on record certain documents has been allowed. It is apparent from the order that the plaintiff evidence was continuing and the learned trial Court was of the opinion that the documents intend to be produced may throw some light on the matter involved in the case. The learned trial Court in my view should have given some clearer opinion as to what are the documents and why they are necessary to be proved.
(2.) Be that as it may, once the trial Court has exercised its jurisdiction vested in it by law and there is Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the Judgment?Yes. nothing to show that this jurisdiction has been exercised in an arbitrary or illegal manner, this Court will not interfere in such orders in exercise of its supervisory jurisdiction. Therefore, the petition is rejected.
(3.) From the order under challenge, it is apparent that the suit in question was filed some time in the year 2003. Seven years have been lapsed and I find that the matter is still fixed for the plaintiff evidence. The learned trial Court shall make

a serious endeavour to ensure that the suit is decided as early as possible and in any event not later than 30th June, 2011. No order as to costs.
