(1.) The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:

"A. That this writ petition may kindly be allowed and writ in the nature of certiorari may be issued and the petitioner may very kindly be directed to be transferred to the place of his choice."

(2.) It is for the second respondent to consider the matter. Therefore, there will be a direction to the second respondent, to consider the matter and take appropriate action within a period of two months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment alongwith a copy of the writ petition by the petitioner before the second respondent.
