Reliance is placed on the judgment rendered by this Court in Rakesh Kumar versus State of H.P. and others, CWP No.2735 of 2010 decided on 28th July, 2010. The petitioner may file appropriate representation furnishing therein his service particulars before the second respondent, in which case the second respondent will take appropriate action adverting to the submissions made in the representation, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of the representation alongwith copy of this judgment and copy of the judgment referred to above.
