(1.) The Writ Petition is filed mainly with the following prayers:

"i) A Writ in the nature of Mandamus may be issued and thereby quash the impugned transfer order dated 29-06- 2010. ii) A Writ in the nature of Mandamus may be issued and thereby directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to work at GPS Naulakha (SNR-I) till the completion of her normal period i.e. three years."

(2.) According to the petitioner, she has been transferred in a short span of 9 months and the same is against the guidelines. There are other grievances as well. The petitioner has pointed out all these aspects by way of Annexure P-2, representation. There will be direction to the second respondent to consider Annexure P-2 and take appropriate action thereon in accordance with law and justice within a period of ten days from the date of production of a copy of this judgment alongwith a copy of the Writ Petit
