(1.) The writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:-

"(i) Writ of mandamus be issued against the respondents which are the statutory authority to perform their duty to exercise their discretion according to law. The respondents be directed to regularize the petitioner with immediate effect alongwith the consequential benefits."

(2.) It is for the petitioner to file appropriate representation before the first respondent. In the event of the petitioner filing appropriate representation, incorporating all the averments made in the writ petition, within one month from today before the first respondent, the matter will be duly considered by the first respondent/competent authority, adverting to the submissions made in the writ petition, and appropriate orders in accordance with law will be passed within another four months
