KURIAN JOSEPH, C.J.

(1.) The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:-

"i) That the respondents may be directed to grant the applicant all the benefits of Rule 5 of the Demoblised Armed Firces personnel (Reservation of vacancies in H.P. State Non- Technical Services) Rules, 1972. ii) That the respondents may further be directed to grant 26 increments and seniority to the applicant of his approved military service."

(2.) The stand taken in the reply-affidavit is that the petitioner was recruited against the general vacancy by the Public Service Commission and not against the vacancy reserved for Ex-serviceman. In case, petitioner has any dispute with regard to the factual position, as referred to above and other submissions made in the reply-affidavit, it will be open to the petition to pursue the same before the first respondent, in which case the matter will be duly considered by the first respondent and appropriate action in accordance with law will be taken in accordance within another four months
