The fee for admission to D.Ed. Course and D.P.Ed. Course shall be such as may be determined by the Government from time to time. The State Government may notify different rates of fee in respect of Government Seats and other seats:



Provided that candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes or the Scheduled Tribes shall not be required to pay any fee:



Provided further that the candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes selected under general merit category shall have to produce Caste Certificate or pay the prescribed fees at the time of admission and claim refund of the same from the Special Officer, of the Cell on production of a Caste Certificate.
