(1) These rules may be called the Karnataka Special Tax on Entry of Certain Goods Rules, 2004.



(2) They shall come into force on the date of commencement of the Karnataka Special Tax on Entry of Certain Goods Act, 2004 (Karnataka Act 29 of 2004).
