(1) The forms relating to summons, etc., specified under the Karnataka Sales Tax Rules, 1957 shall apply mutatis mutandis for the relevant purposes of the Act.



(2) The notice for payment of any penalty levied under the Act shall be in Form IX.



(3) The refund payment order shall be in Form XII.
