(1) The forms relating to summons, etc., specified under the Karnataka Sales Tax Rules, 1957 shall apply mutatis mutandis for the relevant purposes of the Act.
The owner or person in charge of a goods vehicle carrying the notified goods into the State shall file a declaration in Form XIII before the Officer in charge of the first checkpost in the State through which the notified goods are brought or the officer who intercepts the goods.
