(1.) The writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:-
"(i) That a writ in the nature of mandamus may kindly be issued directing the respondents to transfer the petitioner at Dharamsala or nearby Dharamsala, the climate whereof would be conducive to the petitioner for normalizing her health."
(2.) According to the petitioner, she has already completed more than ten years in the tribal area, hence it is submitted that she is now entitled to get transferred to soft area, preferably Dharamsala. It is also submitted that she has severe health problem as well.
(3.) These aspects, the petitioner may point out before the second respondent and the second respondent will take decision on Annexure P-1. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to take action on Annexure P-1, adverting to the submissions made therein, within one month from the date of production of the copy of this judgment alongwi
