47. Power to remove difficulty.---If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act 1 amended by the Maharashtra Medical Practitioners (Amendment) Act, 1982, (Mah. XXIII of 1982.) during the period of one year from the date of commencement of the said amendment Act), the State Government may as occasion requires, by order do anything which appears to it necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing the difficulty.
