(1) This Act may be called the Maharashtra Temporary Extension of Period for Submitting Validity Certificate (for certain elections to Village Panchayats, Zilla Parishads and Panchayat Samitis) Act, 2025.

(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 30th April 2025.
