In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 7, sub-section (3) of section 10, clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 13, sub-section (3) of section 14, section 15 and sub-section (2) of section 16 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 (68 of 1986) and of all the other powers enabling it in that behalf, and in supersession of all previous rules, notifications orders, in this behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby makes the following rules, namely
