(1.) The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:-
"A) That the respondent may be directed to make the payment of Medical Bills submitted in April 1994, March 1995, November 1995, January 1996, March 1996, April 1996, and May 1996 i.e. total amounting to Rs. 1244.50 paise. B) That the respondents may be directed to make the payment of Stitching during the year 1993 amounting to Rs. 118/-. C) That the respondents may be directed to pay one day salary for 8.3.1996. D) That the respondents may be directed to pay the difference of pay/salary for the period July to November 1992 amounting to Rs.1500/-. E) That the respondent may be directed to give the facility of livery such as Umbrella Winter and Summer Clothes due w.e.f. the year 1986 till date."
(2.) In view of the stand taken in the reply by respondent No.2, in case the petitioner has still any grievance left, he may file an appropriate representation before 2nd respondent, in which case, 2nd respondent will duly consider the same and appropriate action for redressing the grievance of the petitioner, who is class-IV employee, will be taken in accordance with law withi
