All Statutes and Regulations made under the Utkal University Act, 1943, so far as they relate to the conduct of Matriculation Examinations, shall, subject to such adaptations and modifications, as may be made therein by the Board with the approval of the State Government remain in force until the Board makes its Regulations for the said purpose and shall thereafter cease to operate.
