(1.) The petitioner is aggrieved by his transfer. Learned Addl. Advocate General, submits that the transfer was effected since the petitioner was never disturbed in his service career. But the fact remains that the petitioner has left only around two years to retire from service. On query from the Court, it is seen that there has never been any complaint against the petitioner. In that view of the matter, it is only just and appropriate that the petitioner be permitted to continue at the same station and retire from service from that very station where he had worked for around three decades.
