(1.) The Writ Petition is filed with the following prayer:

" (A) That this writ petition may kindly be allowed and writ in the nature of mandamus and the respondent No. 2 may be directed to ensure that the petitioner is allotted the quota for transportation work as per the memorandum of understanding signed on 15.5.2007."

(2.) It is submitted that the petitioner has already made representations to the second respondent as per Annexures P-4 and P-5. Therefore, it is for the second respondent to look into the matter. The representations shall be considered with notice to the petitioner, third respondent and any other affected parties and dispose of expeditiously, at any rate within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this judgment alongwith a copy of the Writ Petition, before the second respondent. We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the contentions and all the content
