(1.) The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that representation Annexure A-5 dated 15.11.1997 is still pending before respondent No.2. The petitioner will be satisfied if in this petition direction is given to respondent No. 2 to decide representation dated 15.11.1997 within some stipulated time. It has been submitted that petitioner may be permitted to supplement Annexure A-5 dated 15.11.1997 by additional representation. The prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner has not been opposed by the learned Addl. Advocate General.

(2.) In view of above, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file additional representation and shall produce a copy of this judgement to respondent No. 2 in one month. The respondent No.2 is directed to decide in two months from the date of receipt of this judgement the representation dated 15.11.1997 Annexure A-5 and additional representation, if any, filed by the petitioner by a speaking order adverting to the representation and additional representation, if any, filed and after hearing the petitioner

. (3.) With the above observations, the petition stands disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
