1. Mr. N. Anix Singh, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant has approached this Tribunal against the letter No. PAO/AR/NPS-Pay Bill/Misc/2012-13/164 dated 03.01.2013. Learned counsel further submitted that applicant had made a detailed representation against the above letter on 22.11.2013. According to learned counsel, said representation was duly recommended by the head of office on 10th May 2014. However, the representation made by the applicant is still pending.

2. Learned counsel prayed that in the interest of justice, respondents may be directed to dispose of the pending representation within a time frame by passing a speaking order after providing adequate opportunity to the applicant of being heard.

3. I have accepted the prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicant. Accordingly, I direct the respondents to dispose of the pending representation dated 22.11.2013 within a period of 1 (one) month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by passing a speaking order after providing adequate opportunity to the applicant of being hear
