(1.) The writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:-
(a) That the petitioner may kindly be ordered to be transferred from H.P.P.W.D. Sub-Division Lossar, Division Kaza, District Lahaul and Spiti which is a hard and tribal area to the station of his choice as mentioned in para 8 supra or to any non-tribal area in the state.
(b) That the direction in the nature of mandamus may also be issued to the respondents to transfer the present petitioner as per the representation dated 23rd August 2010 to the station of his choice.
It is seen that the petitioner has already submitted representation Annexure P-2 before the first respondent which is still pending. There will be a direction to first respondent to consider the representation Annexure P-2 and take appropriate action in accordance with law and justice within a period of one month from the date of production of copy of the judgment alongwith copy of writ petition
