1. It is directed that the Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Sambalpur (Orissa) shall, after examining the matter, pass appropriate orders for implementation of this Court's order dated August 13, 1985. It is further directed that whenever the employees found entitled to some amount of arrears, they shall also be paid in addition to arrears, 10 per cent per annum interest on the arrears from the date of the order of this Court which remain due for more than a year. The Labour Court shall hear both the parties and pass appropriate orders implementing the judgment of this Court. The Labour Court shall submit its report to this Court after passing the appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible preferably within four months
